Our mission is to promote and grow boys' volleyball in Southwest Florida and surrounding areas at both the club and high school level. We want to facilitate the opportunity to play this great sport at a higher level as well. Our goal is to help establish boys' volleyball in high schools throughout Lee and Collier counties because Southwest Florida needs boys' high school volleyball.

In addition to coaching, Saad serves as the Director of DNA Volleyball at all levels. He wears many hats and is the heart and soul of DNA.

Here are just some of his qualifications:

• Combined 25 years of playing and coaching experience
• Native of Puerto Rico, started playing at an early age throughout middle school and high school
• Air Force Veteran, played for the All-Air Force Volleyball Team, winning Gold at the 2002 Armed Forces Championship
• Played in college at Newman University (NAIA, currently D2) in Wichita, KS. 
• NAIA National Final Runner Up in 2004
• JV Head Coach & Varsity Assistant Fort Myers High School(2017-2018)
• JV Head Coach & Varsity Assistant, Gulf Coast High School (2020-2022)
• Varsity Head Coach, Aubrey Rogers High School (2023-Present)
